Terms

 Foreign collectors only:

• Please fax or email first, to know if the item is still available, and to receive a detailed description.
• You can pay by bank wire transfer. Please instruct your bank that all banking charges must be on your account. We’ll send you by fax or email our banking data.
• A 25% non refundable deposit will hold any instrument for 60 days! The item will be shipped the same day full payment is received. No approval on held instruments.
• We can ship by Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, or the carrier of your choice.  Buyer pays all shipping, insurance and customs taxes. Any insurance claims are responsability of the buyer. Items are shipped at customer's risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage.
• 24 hour approval on all guitars and basses. All items can be returned if you find they differ from the description we have given to you. For a full refund, merchandise must be returned, fully insured, in the same condition it was sent. Refund is limited to the selling price of the item, and will be sent by bank wire only after we receive back the item.  No approval and no return on items purchased to order (on commission). No approval and no return on items kept on hold.
• When selling an instrument to us, please note that shipping and insurance are your exclusive responsability. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, customs issues, insurance claims etc. Shipping expenses are always on customer's account unless otherwise agreed. We pay for your instrument after we see it, within 24 hours from receiving.

AUCTIONS

Items sold through auction web sites can also be returned if you find they have been misdecribed, but they are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee that we will deduct from refund to cover auction fees that we must pay anyway and to compensate the loss of deals with other bidders.  Shipping both ways, bank, insurance and customs charges are not refundable.
